An MSAP online program can give you the training that is needed in the psychology field. Graduates can take their skills into virtually any career field and is also great preparation for future studies. There are two general studies that a student can partake in if interested in this field. The studies are more research driven so students can see real world applications from their own studies. Here are the two major studies along with the general track that is needed:
Industrial-Organizational Psychology: The industrial-organizational psychology field focuses on psychology in the workplace. In these studies you can gain skills that can be applied in a variety of industries. Students can expect to study such things like organizational behavior, personnel management, employee development, and performance assessment.
Community Psychology: Students can learn how psychology is applied to the care of individuals and the general public in settings such as schools and social service agencies.
General Track: Not considered a study but any four electives are needed to graduate along with one of the tracks. These electives are free to choose and based upon your own interests.
