The plan itself does attempt to incorporate your favorite foods anyway through the choices you make for the plan when you follow it, but if there are foods you can't have on the plan, take heart. The "plan" only lasts for 11 days, after which you are allowed three days to eat whatever you want. Then, 11 days back on, three days off, and so on, until you get to goal weight. Actually, if you want to, you can follow this plan indefinitely to keep the weight off, too.
