The best option to travel between the two beautiful cities is high-speed Eurostar network. The train is amazingly fast and comfortable. It just takes between 4-5 hours by Eurostar to travel between these two stations. However there is no direct Eurostar between the two stations, you just need to make a simple single station change. First you have to take a Eurostar to Brussels from where you can either catch hourly intercity train or a Thalys train from.
