The injuries could be a result of an assault or any other crime when the criminal cannot be caught and forced to pay. Compensation from this agency has been know to be anywhere between $1000 and $500,000 depending on the situation and injury.

You can also claim compensation for injuries resulting from animals. For example, if you are bitten by a dog that was trained by its owner to be aggressive and the owner did not restrain the dog from biting you, you can file a claim against the owner.

Making a claim for animal injuries can be tricky. It must clearly be someone else's fault and not your own.

Another thing you can claim compensation for is if you were injured as a child. For most injury claims, you have three years to file the claim.

However if you were injured as a child, you have until you are 21 to file your claim. Many people do not file a claim because they are unaware of this rule.

You can file a claim if you are injured during a sporting event. Injuries are very common occurrences in sports.

However, you can file a claim against a person who acts outside of the normal play. Depending on the situation there are several people and organization you can file the complaint against.

You can also file a claim for injuries developed over a long period of time at work, such as carpal tunnel resulting from typing on a keyboard. Do not be afraid to make a claim when you deserve it.
