One of the most important things to consider when researching an mlm company, including Jeunesse Global, is the leadership. You can gauge a lot by it and the newer a company is, the more important the leadership becomes in your assessment.
Based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, the company is headed by co-founders Randy Ray, CEO and Wendy Lewis, COO. This couple's business experience started in the 80s when they owned and operated a business related to the medical field, Automated Medical Systems Consultants, which they sold in 1994.
They dove in to the mlm industry, shoes and all, by becoming distributors and owners of mlm companies, even developing and owning mlm system support companies. An mlm business can have leadership with 100 years of regular business experience but it doesn't compare to actual experience in mlm. Jeunesse Global looks to be in pretty good hands in that area.

These guys, as mentioned up top, are targeting the aging population. This is, of course, nothing new because people in general have been pursuing the fountain of youth since the beginning of time. It's actually a very good business plan, in fact anything targeting the baby boomers is a good plan because there are so many of them. They started turning 65 in 2011 and that is just the beginning because for the next 17 years all of the baby boomers will reach that magical number.
Jeunesse Global is working on the aging process by attacking it from the inside and the outside. For the outside they have developed a couple of products called Luminesce described as a cellular rejuvenation serum and a daily moisturizing complex.
For the inside they have an antioxidant fruit blend called Reserve which they claim increases metabolism, supports your cardiovascular system, assists your digestive tract, maintains cholesterol levels and supports your immune system.
The other part of the inside double team is their dietary supplement product, broken into two sub-products, Nutrigen AM and PM Essentials. They are touted as a formulation that provides all of the vitamins and nutrients that your body needs.
As in most mlm nutrition based companies they claim to have products which are helpful to your overall health and well being. You can certainly get similar products from just about any health food store at, most likely, a much lower cost.
All of these companies tout the same claims and there are too many of them creating too much competiotion to warrant my involvement.
They are also endorsed by so-called "acclaimed" physician Dr. Vincent Giampapa who is a leading authority on anti aging. I'll just have to take their word for it. Never heard of the guy myself but then, that's not saying much either (smile).

You can enter the company as a rep at several price points ranging from $199.95 to $1724. You can earn commissions in six different ways including retail, new customer acquisition bonus, team commission, leadership matching bonus, customer acquisition incentive and the leadership bonus pool.
You can be just as successful with Jeunesse Global as with any other nutrition based mlm company. That is something to keep in mind though; there are more nutrition mlm companies than any other type so there is lots of competition. If you just want to retail to your friends, family and the people on your street you can make some pocket money. If you want to build a real business you MUST get connected to a proven attraction marketing system.
