Step Three. Write down a plan of action that you will use to achieve this goal. Your plan should describe in detail times of day, number of hours per day, specific details of how you are going to perform these actions every day.
Step Four. Make two copies of your goal Page. Put one copy by your bed and put one copy in your wallet or purse. The most important step now is to read your goal page every morning before you do anything else. Then read it again every night before you go to bed. When you read your goal page envision yourself already owning the goal. Take possession of the goal every time you read it. Do this for 28 days and your Perseverance will appear and grow stronger every day. You will soon develop good habits and eliminate the bad ones.
