Indigestion is also known as dyspepsia.
It is a term used to describe one or more symptoms including a feeling of fullness during a meal, uncomfortable fullness after a meal, and burning or pain in the upper abdomen.
Indigestion is common in adults and can occur once in a while or as often as every day.

Symptoms:

b.Bothersome fullness after a meal: The person feels like the food is staying in the stomach too long.
c.Epigastric pain: The person may experience epigastric pain ranging from mild to severe.
d.Epigastric burning
e.Nausea
f.Bloating

Because indigestion can be a sign of a more serious condition, people should see a doctor if they experience:
a.frequent vomiting

c.weight loss or loss of appetite
d.black tarry stools

g.indigestion accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating

c.Pain and weight can be felt in the stomach, with cramps or constricting pains.
d.The person often feels an urge to vomit or move the bowels.
4.Phosphorus:
a.Burning pain in the stomach that feels better from eating ice cream or other cold, refreshing foods suggests a need for this remedy.
b.The person is usually thirsty for cold drinks, but often feels nauseous or vomits once liquids warm up in the stomach.
c.People needing Phosphorus may have a tendency toward easy bleeding and sometimes develop stomach ulcers.
