that are well known everywhere and that is the main reason why people want to visit these places once in their lifetime. Indianapolis Attractions are plenty but the main famous things about the place is, for world's fastest car races, since the last few years the place has undergone major changes revitalizing the city alongside maintaining its rich historic culture and good architectural design elements. There are various riverfront development projects that has given a new lease of development and exciting urban terrain features that includes world class dining restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping arenas, etc. these places have their unique advantages with landmarks around the place.The monument circle is a famous landmark here that houses 284-foot soldiers and sailor monuments paying homage to the people who lost their lives in the past for civil wars. The city is vibrant with its ethnic and racial diversity features; the Indianapolis attracts many people especially for its exhibits and institutions like Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and also Western Art. The place is designed in a grand fashion that showcases indigenous art and artifacts of earlier days. Along with these attractions there are various places for outdoors adventure that are within the city limits, some are inside the downtown parks while some are outside. Some of the famous and well-known Indianapolis Attractions are briefly stated below:
a. Broad Ripple Village - the place is also famously known by the name Indianapolis version of Greenwich Village, it demarcates the creativity and the culture of the village. It houses varied art galleries, boutiques and restaurants, people of all ages, groups and genres can enjoy this place with something or the other for everyone of them.
b. The children museum of Indianapolis - as soon as you enter this place you can see a life sized model of a Tyrannosaurus Rex greeting the visitors at the entrance. There are over more than 110,000 artifacts and the place is home to largest children's museum across the United States and the globe. The varied installations here are divided in three major segments that are the Natural world domain which, includes specimens of animal fossils and precious gemstones, the cultural world domain display the folk toys and other similar objects used in older days and the third one American Experience Domain that includes the collection of artifacts spanning for more than 150 years of history. Many exhibits here encourage learning by interactive play objects.
c. Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and western Art - The place houses the great architectural designs that are inspired by the pueblos of new Mexico, the place possess bigger collection of extraordinary crafts and artistic specimens of Native people. The museum was opened in the year 1989 and possesses two repositories that include both Native and Western Art of the east Mississippi.
d. The Fountain Square Theatre Building - this is a converted theatre building that takes you live to the history of olden days. The building was built in the year 1928 and it underwent restoration work in the year 1993, the place houses some of the best owned shops and entertaining arenas for people of all age groups.
e. Garfield Park Conservatory and public gardens - the Garfield park conservatory marks one of the major and oldest tourist attractions for over more than 75 years, it went through major restoration work during the late 1990s, it has helped to revive the landmarks to its original looks since the year 1920s. The conservatory and the garden are opened through out the year spread over 10,000 square foot of space. There are other varied seasonal installations happening in here with themed foliage and decorative exhibits.
f. Indiana State Museum - the museum is situated along the White River commemorating every piece of works here Indiana. The architectural design of this place shows the thriving legacy of olden Indiana days. The biology exhibit of the place houses over 47,000 artifacts that include wild creatures, skeletal remains and wildlife pertaining to different ages.
