Now that were in a world where things like bookings are done primarily on phones, its harder to be without one than it used to be.
Many of the big carriers will perhaps insist that their coverage is better, or they have some other perk that smaller carriers cant match because of their size, but what would you expect them to say? In the meantime, its crazy not to take advantage of the changing times and get an international SIM card when youre travelling. Youll already be incurring enough costs as it is with flights, hotels, food, and the rest, and theres no reason not to save where you can.
