2. Rocket French

Rocket French is a very popular online French course. It's paid, but it's not that expensive. There are many features besides for an audio course there is a message board for learners (and teachers!), culture lessons, software games, additional quizzes. However, you should know that contrary to some people's beliefs, it's not a magic pill it can definitely help you learn French, but it won't make you fluent in a few weeks.

3. iTunes

iTunes has a lot of free podcasts. There are also many podcasts for French learners and some of these podcasts are for the beginners. Just search for "French beginner podcasts" and you should find something interesting. It's a great method to learn if you don't have so much time, because you can listen to these MP3s while waiting in a line, driving to the workplace and so on.

If you want to start learning French, you should keep in mind that you won't learn it overnight. However, regular practice can greatly shorten time needed to become fluent in French. So, practice a lot and practice every day! Good luck and have fun while learning!
