Approach anxiety is the number one reason why normal, average guys will completely avoid walking up to a woman they don't know and get a conversation started. 2) Always have something ready to speak on after you have opened the conversation.

The opener really is not that hard. A simple what's up can be an opener and that is not that hard to spit out, right? What's hard for most guys is coming up with the next thing to say. That's where the confidence begins to fade out. Always have something in mind already so that your mind is not racing around trying to figure out the right thing to say to her. It will make EVERYTHING that much easier for you.

3) Never hinge your happiness on whether or not a woman you approach likes you.

When you hinge all of your happiness on what someone else says or does, then you will undoubtedly have no confidence at all. When you approach a woman, it should not be in the context that it will make your day happier, more like it will just enrich an already good night for you. That way a woman cannot shake your confidence.
