You can, however, from the first days at home, familiarize them to the rhythm of day and the rituals associated with sleeping. So try to prepare so that the baby has to sleep at similar times each day, this time limits a child experience. Dim the lights and turn off the TV. A good way to calm your child is a gentle massage using oils - but remember that your hands are warm. Daily repetitive activities such as bathing, massage, feeding and singing lullabies will help you prepare the baby to sleep.

Placing your baby to the rhythm of day and night is also the presentation of the child to the differences between the two seasons. So do not light the lamp, when you feed a child in the night, let your voice be silent and calm. Do not play with your child, do not talk to him/her too much during the day, but let your child learn to fall asleep in the daytime conditions, so do not cover the windows and not create an artificial silence in the house. Soon you will notice that the little one night naps are longer and the child does not already play demands.
