How does that work? Its a simple question of size and volume versus attention to detail. In amongst all those sprawled out and squashed up villages that compose London, there are some particularly nice ones. These clearly have the highest concentration of desirable places to live. A smaller agency, with a more hands on approach, is able to foster good working relationships with landlords and letting estates in this selected areas: which means that they get the pick of the bunch.
