Yes, if you give rewards too frequently, for everything they do, they may become dependent on rewards and will not feel like doing something if they are not going to be rewarded for it. They may start acting up just so they can be rewarded for correcting their behaviour. They also need to learn to do things because they have to be done, not just because they will be rewarded. It is a good idea to be aware of these issues when rewarding so you reward only when it is deserved.
