I like to find safelists that are just starting out because they offer some great membership perks to join them. They are trying to build a strong membership list and usually offer thousands of credits to the first 1000 or so members. If your browser has your password and email saved, you can open these up, paste your ads in and move onto the next one very quickly.
You also need to spend some time clicking through ads that come into your email to build up enough credits to do your own mailings.
