Free Treatment For Metastatic Breast Cancer Patients Willing To Join Randomized Phase 3 Trial

We at Dharamshila Cancer Hospital and Research Centre have initiated a Clinical Research

Study with the approval of our Institutional Ethics Committee and also by Drug Controller of India. This study targets women with Her2+ Metastatic Breast Cancer who are above 18 years of age, do not have any clinical or radiological evidence of sever/uncontrolled cardiovascular disease and have not received prior chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer. To be eligible for the trial, the patients should have no brain metastasis. The patients will be given free treatment as per protocol along with travel allowances.

The trial is called BEAT MBC. It is a multicentric trial presently running across 20 centers in India. More than 50 patients have already been enrolled in this trial and the target is to randomize 200 patients.
