Four Fabulous First Date Tips You'll Wish You'd Thought of Sooner
Dreaming up new and exciting first date ideas is not easy for everyone
. You don't want to do the same old thing that everyone else is doing but you also don't want to go in for overkill on this important first step. It's understandable. But you can use any of these fantastic ideas for your first date and have a great time while being well on your way to an equally fabulous second date. Go out for ice cream. Why does ice cream make for a fabulous first date? There are actually a couple of reasons. First, you can talk and get to know each other over ice cream in a way that isn't really doable if you go see a movie or something of that nature. Second, it provides a quick exit if there really aren't the sparks you were hoping for. You have the ability to linger or eat your ice cream and leave quickly if things don't go as planned. Miniature Golf. Mini golf is an excellent choice as long as you don't go over the top with competitiveness. You are both able to be up and move around. There are plenty of people around so you should both feel safe. You'll have plenty of opportunities to talk with one another and you might both discover that you're having fun. Carnivals and/or Fairs. If you have a county fair or one of the traveling carnivals coming through town, this is a great place to take your date. There are tons of opportunities to have fun and be a little romantic while on a date at a carnival. There is comfort in the crowd and you'll both have a great time riding rides, playing games, and enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells (cotton candy, funnel cakes, elephant ears, candied apples, and countless other carnival foods to make your mouth water) of the carnival. For a little romance be sure to keep the Ferris wheel and tunnel of love in mind. Visit the zoo. Believe it or not this can be a fantastically fun first date. A visit to the zoo will isn't what it used to be. Today there are rides, shows, and a ton of fun waiting around every corner. Learning about the animals in their habitats is a great way to spend the day and you might find that you are both having a lot of fun along the way.
