One of the most common methods today for obtaining financing when flipping a house is through a private lender. You may have heard that there is much money on the sidelines and not being invested in the stock market and other places today. That is absolutely true. Private lenders have abundant supplies of cash on hand to lend for these purposes. The only a simple matter of finding those hard cash lenders for the loans.
In some states it may be legal to advertise in the local newspaper for this. However, in many states it is illegal to advertise for private lenders for obtaining mortgages when flipping a house. Almost all cities have these types of real estate enthusiasts who meet on a monthly basis.
