5. Eat properly. Nothing can cause worry worse than not feeling right, and not enough water and a significant alteration in diet can contribute to that. When we take a trip, we believe that "eating what the locals eat" is an important part of getting to know the society of where we are visiting, but we appreciate we should be practical. Make sure you are getting the appropriate foods, as vegetables and fruit are an integral part of the diet in any culture.

To finish, certainly one of the most important ways to stay away from stress while traveling is to always try to be early. Battling the clock in addition to the unexpected can cause more anxiety than anything.
