*Remember the good days and try to learn from them: Much of successfully working
with ADHD children is about paying special attention to what either exasperates their symptoms or seems moderate them. For instance on the good days what did you child eat, did they participate in physical activity, how much sleep did they get the night before, or did they take a vitamin or other supplement. Sometimes by being your own ADHD detective when working with ADHD children you can find subtle clues that can help you piece together this complicated puzzle.
