Don't hesitate to apply even if you don't exactly fit the mold. For one thing, all companies will teach you their particular way of doing things. Just like the company tells you what it wants, you can tell employers what you have that they may need.
Think outside the box with old methods. The most important part of a job search is making sure you maximize your potential. Searching online and offline is important to be able to find the most opportunities. Think about ways that you can distinguish yourself from other job-seekers and at the same time network with potential employers and colleagues.
