The airline provides the passengers with three kinds of travel classes. They are the First Class (Diamond Zone), the Business Class (Pearl Zone) and the Economy Class (Coral Zone). The Diamond Zone features leather seats that are convertible to completely flat bed and have sliding doors for utmost privacy, a mini-bar and a 23-inch entertainment screen. The Diamond Zone also has chef on board for food service called the Mezoon Grille.
The Pearl Zone has seats that are longer and wider and the seats are in the configuration of 1-2-1. The seats have leather headrests, bigger meal tables and an in-flight entertainment system with a personal screen. The Coral Zone passengers can enjoy dessert on selected flights. They can also select beverages such as cappuccino and green tea, which is hot or cold.

Regular customers can get points added to the airlines frequent flyer program, which is Etihad Guest.
