ERIE, PA-Dr. Shawn Casella, Erie dentist, and his associates are excited to be utilizing social media to improve their online communication with their patients. The practice is now maintaining a Facebook page, Twitter account and a practice blog.

Dr. Casella and the staff at Modern Dental Group are using the Facebook account to post updates on the practice as well as helpful links to other useful dental information on the Internet. The page is also used to post links to blog posts on the practice's website. Patients that 'like' the page are able to post comments or questions on the page. Someone from the practice will generally be able to respond to these shortly following a post.
The Twitter account will be run in much the same manner, with practice updates and blog posts being featured heavily. Patients can follow the account at @DrDavidDeMarco.
