Does OSHA 30 Certification Expire?

I'm considering taking an OSHA 30 course and have a question about its validity. Does OSHA 30 training expire after a few years, or can you use the same OSHA 30 DOL card throughout your career?

I've seen different answers online, especially regarding employer requirements and state-specific rules. Do you need to retake the course or complete refresher training to keep your OSHA 30 card valid?
