A change in the size and shape of areolas or nipples
Having small areolas and nipples is something you either have or you don't. Getting breast implants won't do anything about that. The good thing is that many doctors can reduce the size of your areolas so that you get a fuller chest, but also add a tiny nipple/areola area that will help your chest look better and more youthful.
A better marriage
Getting breast implants in order to improve your marriage is not a wise move. In a desperate attempt to spice things up, or to get their husbands to pay attention to them, some women get surgery. No matter how great your surgery is, it won't improve your marriage if everything else is falling apart. Since your husband most likely didn't marry you just for your chest, that means he won't necessarily treat you better if you choose to enhance it. Be aware that surgery will not fix something that's broken in your relationship.
A better job
Surprisingly, some women try to use their assets to get a better job. While this may work in some rare cases, often a big chest may actually do more harm than good if you flaunt them a lot at the office. If you work at a relatively conservative company, the environment probably doesn't call for you to wear plunging necklines. If you do this to show off your assets and climb the corporate ladder, it could backfire.
A better personality
If you're already really needy, don't have a sense of humor or simply aren't a lively person, getting surgery won't help the situation. Breast implants can help balance out your figure and give you a more curvy look, but it won't do anything for the inside. So while a nice outward appearance has its benefits, it's important to understand that it's what's inside that matters the most.
Special treatment
Before you get surgery, you may think that breast implants will allow you to experience special treatment. However, it really is just a physical enhancement that won't guarantee that you will get treated with dignity and respect. Having people like you is simply by your own merit and not your cup size. So if you're looking for this procedure to help you feel more entitled, you may need to rethink getting this surgery.
