Black has never been so diligently used in georgette saree before. The awestruck beholder is only stunned by the dotted buttis and the embroidered appliqu works on the pallu. The saree is accompanied by a matching blouse material which would look splendid with short sleeves, closed back and square neck in the front. One section of the saree is gray which looks scintillating with black combination. It is a rare imagination that has been carefully placed on the georgette material to turn out into a stupendous success. The combination of elements in the right proportion makes the saree an enthralling wear.
The border has a unique usage of black, gray and red. Curved black and gray works find similar works in red between them throughout the narrow border. Towards the inside we find a narrower grey patch. The lower half that flows through the waist has black material and the part from the right profile through the pallu has gray material. The cute circular buttis are larger than moderate size and are placed in large amount throughout the front torso. The massive red and gray art work that is horizontally center placed in the saree needs mention. The flower and foliage design in pink and gray is aptly packed on a red background.
