Mazda 2.2d SL 4D (Saloon): Its 182 bhp diesel engine pushed it to 60 in 8 seconds, produced 400 Nm of torque, achieved 135 miles with ease and maintained 50 MPG while doing all that. However it was awarded 27th grade from insurance stand point.

Mazda 2.2d Sport 5D (Estate): Its 182 bhp diesel engine pushed it to a top speed of 134 miles, allowed 0 to 60 in 8.2 seconds and achieved 49 MPG. It ended up in 26th grade from insurance perspective.

Mazda 2.2 TS2 5D (Estate): We ranked it as the BEST at it was awarded 23rd by insurance stand point, reached 60 in 8.9 seconds and its 160 bhp engine still managed 50 MPG.
