World Auto Forum always brings the best learning opportunities in the world of automobile industry at your doorstep.The company is partnering with Partners In Change and CBI Netherlands to organise a 2 day training program on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues and benchmarks for supplying to European Markets in the automotive industry. It would be delivered by Experienced European trainers.
The two days Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation training programme to be held in five Cities of India (Delhi, Baddi, Ahemadabad, Pune and Chennai) was launched with the first training held in Delhi on 6th and 7th September 2010 at Eros Intercontinental, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
The automobile training focussed on the following two sectors of Indian economy:
Automotive:
Producers and suppliers of automotive parts and/or components
Producers and suppliers of machinery and vehicles used in agriculture and/or horticulture
Producers of electronics used in automobiles
Life Sciences & Health:
Producers and suppliers of:
Pharmaceutical products (e.g. vaccines and medication)
Treatments (e.g. tissue and organ recovery and medical implants)
Medical devices and other materials (e.g. used in hospitals and laboratories)
Diagnostic medication
This automobile training enables participants to respond effectively to European Union sustainability codes, guidelines and trends in the identified sectors. The training will be followed by a coaching program in which Indian CSR experts will support select companies (who have already participated in the trainings) in implementing their CSR action plan and sustainable reporting.
The automotive training program is meant for people holding senior management or management team positions from small or medium-sized companies (from 25 up to 500 employees) who supply automotive ancillaries to European companies, especially to Dutch companies. The company is at least for 51% owned by local people.
Though the training program for Delhi and Baddi have already been finished; but participants willing to attend the program in other cities may register with Ms. Daljinder Kaur at daljinder.kaur@picindia.org.
