So each time you are buying, tea, coffee and drinks, read the labels to satisfy yourself that there is no caffeine in the product.

Also, try and eat fresh food whenever it is possible. Artificial preservatives in canned food have been linked to anxiety disorders. Another thing to avoid is excessive consumption of salt.

It's all good to acknowledge the relationship between diet and anxiety, but the inescapable truth is that healthy food, especially fruits and vegetables are expensive to buy them from the supermarket. My suggestion is you should wherever possible grow your own fruit and vegetables. Also instead of buying from the supermarkets, go to the open markets where farmers sell their produce directly to the public. Also in some countries, it is cheaper to buy directly from wholesalers than from supermarkets. So why don't you, your neighbours and friends pool your money together so that you can meet the minimum purchase quantities stipulated by such wholesalers.
