Lesser Materials are Necessary for a Bubble Bath Costume
Typically, the bubble bath costume only needs 35 9-inch round balloons (70 if you want balloons to cover your entire upper body), small safety pins, a white long sleeved sweatshirt or a long sleeved skin colored sweatshirt, white pants, a rubber ducky, shower cap and a scrubbing brush or other tub style accessory.
When all these accessories are prepared, the next thing to do is to wait until that date arrives. When that date arrives, give an ample time for blowing all your balloons. You should have to consider the time to blow up these balloons since they are vital to your bubble bath costume.
When the balloons are all blown up, use the small safety pins to attach the low-knotted end of the balloon to your shirt. The entire surface of the front of the shirt should be covered up with balloons. It is better this way, so you can still sit down while wearing your bubble bath costume.
