Customer service
During the planning of my overseas trip to Hong Kong, I encountered an issue where I need to change the hotel bookings I made in Agoda. I called their customer service hotline and managed to change my hotel bookings quite easily. Upon reaching the newly booked hotel, I am pleased to find that the hotel staffs have been well-informed of the change and I was able to smoothly check-in.
Interface
Agoda has a simple interface where you can find suitable hotels with vacancy by entering the destination, your arrival date, number of days of stay and the number of rooms that you want.
