So let's start with why I'm writing this review, and why I even looked into Panic Away in the first place.
Lifelong Panic Attacks
I suffer from extreme anxiety attacks and have all my life. When I was 16 I was put on the benzodiazepine Alprazolam, or Xanax.

Cautionary Advice
Some reviews that I have read seemed over hyped and even made claims that this was a 'miracle' technique. If you've been looking for anxiety cures as long as I have you know that there's no such thing as a miracle technique. You will be surprised though, I'll say that. Just follow the instructions that the book provides and you'll see results.
