Bunk beds may come as basic, L-shaped, basic lofts

Basic

The basic bunk bed consists of a twin bed on top and another one in the bottom. It may also come in a twin bed over a full bed. These beds are convenient to those who to have more room space and it can be detached to make 2 separate beds.

L-shaped

The L-shaped bunk beds have the same amount of sleeping space as the basic type. The obvious difference is that the lower bunk is placed on a right angle to the top bunk and it requires more space than the usual bunk bed. It you have spaces to spare, you may opt to get this unique design.

Basic lofts

Basic lofts are simply just a twin bed on top with a free space under it for you to place anything. With the basic loft, it can add up some ideas on how you can furnish further your room. So many design options you can choose from: from adding a study area, to a play room, or you can place a cabinet underneath to keep valuables.

Study lofts

Study loft beds are perfect for kids in middle-school or high school. This bed can serve as a study desk where you can put books, writing materials and other school stuffs as well as arranging your personal computer underneath the twin bed. Fitting everything that you need for school and other related stuffs under it can save you more spaces an can leave the room free for other activities. Other study loft bed can be wider and fitted to be more than just a study section.

Junior lofts

Junior lofts is are quite similar to a basic loft bed and differs only in the height of the top bunk which kind of lower than the conventional bunk bed. It is perfect for younger kids for safety purposes. You can also find junior beds with features such as slides which can also be used for playing.

Whatever bunk bed you may choose, it is best that it would conicide with you and your child's preferences and integrate the criteria on safety when choosing a certain bed.
