Greywater is water that has been used in washing machines, baths, showers and hand basins. It is not water from toilets and it contains no sewage.

The Aquacell series will recycle your water in apartment blocks, hotels, resorts or similar properties. These systems are used when greywater drainage is separated from water closet drainage (blackwater).

The Aquacell is usually found in a plant room, car park, basement or secure outdoor area. The Aquacell G produces clean and sterile water without the use of chemicals.

In sewered areas; our Aquacell systems are sized based on demand for recycled water, which is often less than the available supply. Excess untreated greywater flows to sewer along with blackwater.

The Aquacell SR series will recycle your water in apartment blocks, hotels, resorts or similar properties. These systems are used when greywater drainage is combined with blackwater waste (from water closet and kitchen).

The Aquacell SR is usually found in a plant room, car park, basement or secure outdoor area. The Aquacell SR produces clean and sterile water without the use of chemicals.

Unsewered Developments

A municipal sewer connection is an increasingly expensive option for many new developments. In some cases it is not feasible. Instead of sending precious recyclable water away, we will tailor solutions for property developers to provide sustainable water cycle management within the development.

This may comprise:

individual-dwelling greywater and/or sewage recycling

multi-dwelling recycling systems

rainwater harvesting

Sewer Mining

Sewer mining is very similar to Blackwater Recycling - except the flow is taken from a public sewer. This can often mean access to a larger, more reliable flow than may be available on your site.

Aquacell will assist with all the necessary steps to providing access to the sewer, allowing a total sustainable recycling solution.
