MASS Petroleum has been continuing its efforts to determine key areas of interest through evaluating oil and gas assets with development and drilling upside potential. Mass Petroleum has determined the Kansas areas provide low-risk, multi-well oil and gas investments via direct participation programs through a direct ownership position in the wells or joint venture opportunities. Key facts about Kansas oil production include;
* The first oil well in Kansas was drilled in 1860.
* Currently Kansas produces oil and gas in 89 of the 105 counties.
* Over 4000 permits to drill have been issued in Kansas to date.
MASP is currently in the process of acquiring several producing oil and gas assets in Western Canada. Alberta is located in Western Canada and has one of the worlds largest reserves of oil and gas; in fact they are second in the worlds oil reserves.et.
The target acquisitions offer a stable production base with low risk drilling opportunities. This provides steady cash flow for continued exploration and development in various prospect areas within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Canadas proven oil reserves are well developed and holds more than 175 billion barrels of oil. In fact their proven reserves are over 178bn barrels. The area is politically stable and has been a major oil producer for many decades.
Mass Petroleum appears to be moving in the right direction.

Power Integrations (Nasdaq:POWI) announced that a federal district court has found that Fairchild Semiconductor willfully infringed its patents. Fairchild was found to infringe four of the company's patents following a jury trial in October 2006; the jury rejected Fairchild's challenges to the validity of the patents in September 2007; the court rejected Fairchild's enforceability challenges in September 2008; and the finding of willfulness follows a bench trial conducted in June 2009. The infringement was found to be willful on each of the four patents involved in the case.
ARM and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. (NYSE:TSM) jointly announced a long-term agreement that provides TSMC with access to a broad range of ARM processors and enables the development of ARM physical IP across TSMC technology nodes. This agreement supports the companies mutual customers to achieve optimized Systems-On-Chip (SoC) based on ARM processors and covers a wide range of process nodes extending down to 20nm.
