Always hydrate your body, drinking lots of water, preferably 8 glasses a day will help. Drinking water will cut out the bloating in your body like the one that is at your tummy right now. Avoid too much salt intake that can be found in chips and junk foods that you so lovingly eat. Salt retains the water in your body; therefore giving you that bloated feeling.

Eating healthy foods, fruits and vegetables are big factors on removing extra fats. You may only see little changes, but in the long run, it will give you the body and shape that you like. Patience in waiting and working out that body will be surprise you on how many inches you have actually lost.

These methods mentioned above will make you feel good about yourself. They will satisfy you and give you the confidence to go out and flaunt that great body that you will soon have.
