I received a message from a client the other day who said he had been listening to my recordings whilst flying between LA and Hawaii. Apparently he had spent three of the five hours of his flight whilst relaxing in a comfortable state of hypnosis, whilst at the same time improving upon his mental golf focus.This gentleman particularly commented on how much he had enjoyed a particular section of visualization which involved imagining flying high in the sky like an eagle. The visualization on that particular track was tailored to fit with suggestions involving winning at golf and associating with a feeling of invincibility - hence soaring high like an eagle and being king of the sky. I could see how my client had enjoyed this visualization more particularly than usual whist he was in actual fact flying high in an airplane.Most people like the idea of flying.
