2.Get a proper cardio workout program

This does not have to involve a personal trainer or anything too complicated. The important thing here is to do cardio exercises regularly, at least thrice a week. Any cardio exercise is good, but skipping and running are most intensive so you can consider those if you want to see faster results. Aside from these, cycling is another effective workout and is especially suitable for those who have weak knees. 3.Avoid junk food and processed food like the plague

While it's almost impossible to totally avoid eating food with fat content (as animal meat has fat), it is entirely practical for you to keep away from junk food. Fried food and canned food are especially bad, as they are usually high in fat and especially salt, which is a huge cause of water retention. Bear in mind that this is the most important aspect of any weight loss plan. If you can keep to a junk food free diet, you should expect to see a smaller tummy much sooner than otherwise.
