Breakfast

It is known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that is true. The same goes with lunch and dinner. All meals are necessary and because this is the first meal of the day, you need to eat a lot since this is where you'll be getting your energy from. With this, you'll also be able to learn how to lose belly fat fast.

Carbs for breakfast is ideally a good way to start the day but seeing as you're in a low carb diet you have to limit yourself.

Cereals and whole grain breads are useful because it makes you feel full for the rest of the day. With these, you'll be feeling full until it's time for lunch. Stock up on calcium by putting low fat milk on your cereals and put in some protein by spreading a thin layer of peanut butter on your toast. Eat a piece of fruit too to add that extra fiber.

Lunch

Eating a salad for lunch is okay when you are on a low carb diet but many people do not enjoy the bland taste. Try using other low fat dressings to add flavor to your salad. An Asian dressing might be suitable for your taste. Grilled chicken strips can also be added to keep you full.

After lunch, you might be craving for something sweet so have a banana or apple packed with you. They'll keep you focused during work and full until dinner.

Dinner

It is not recommended to skip meals so even if you'll be sleeping soon, always remember to eat dinner. Even just a light one.

Dinner when you are on a low carb diet may consist of fish or soup that has no noodles included. When you won't be hitting the covers soon, you can have lean meat and grilled chicken for dinner. Steamed vegetables for your side dishes are also applicable but without the potatoes. Also, fruits and jell-o are ideal for dessert.

When you find yourself hungry in between meals, that's okay. Ideal snacks for you when you're losing weight are peanuts and fruits since they're healthy. Also, do not forget to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep you from going hungry.
