Although that may seem like it would cause more stress because there are more things added to your list of things to get done, when you exercise, your body actually releases endorphins that will make you feel better. Sometimes your muscles just need to be worked in order to help your brain think clearly. Try working out or running to relieve stress.

Sleeping also really helps a lot. Even just taking an hour nap before you have to work on a big project will greatly help the way you think and will help you to think more clearly when you wake up. With a rejuvenated brain and train of thinking, you will be able to get more things done so that you can get on with your life and get on with the things you need to get done.

Go get a massage. If your muscles are really tense and you don't feel like working out, go treat yourself to a nice and relaxing massage. A massage can really help get your back into the feeling that you will be able to do anything. When your body is relaxed, your mind can relax which means you can get more things done that will help you be a better worker and person in general.
