April is nearing fast, and so is Easter - the festival that entails the Resurrection of Christ, and the merriment that follows. It's fun to watch kids, running around the yard, in search for beautifully decorated eggs, squealing with delight. Often children sit down to listen to how the Easter Bunny would hop from one place to another, to deliver the eggs that children have been waiting for. With online portals coming up with new and improved ideas on how to spend this auspicious day, you have many options to look forward to.

One option however, that will surely take the top spot this spring is, the one to watch Hop, the upcoming animated film from Universal Studios. Come April 1st, and not even the fear of April Fools' Day is going to stop animation-lovers from going out to catch this movie. The reason behind this upbeat welcome for the movie is the fact that it is based on Easter. So, director Tim Hill is just in time for the celebrations! What's more, with Easter coming on April 8, viewers will have plenty of time to catch the movie and then start preparing for their own Easter celebrations too!

The director of Hop has been behind the camera for block-buster hits like Alvin and the Chipmunks! So, you know what to expect when you look for a place to watch Hop online. The movie is definitely going to be the best Easter gift for children, with an exciting and new age plot. Apparently, the movie portrays a very gen X' Easter Bunny (E.B.), who wants to become a famous drummer. Now, we all know that everyone likes to pursue their dreams; but this movie will make people realize that as good as it is to go after what you love, being mature about it also comes in handy.

In his bid to become an ace drummer, E.B., runs off to Hollywood, just before his father bestows the title of Easter Bunny on him. Teenage can be a funny thing, but one doesn't realize that, although the kid is no more a kid, he's not a grown-up either. That's exactly what becomes E.B.'s biggest hurdle! After he leaves, E.B. (Russell Brand), gets hit by Fred O' Hare, (played by James Marsden of X-Men fame). E.B. however, is clever than you might think, and talks Fred into accommodating him, till he becomes better.

That's when the whole journey of E.B. growing up starts, as he and Fred try to save Easter from going to a gang of chicks, headed by Carlos, a nasty Easter Chick, played by Hank Azaria. So, watch as E.B. attempts to hop his way into rescuing the much-loved festival. I'm sure every child is going to realize the importance of this beautiful day!
