American Dad is a series of satirical cartoons of the United States focused on the inner life of his nominal title character, Stan Smith, a strict conservative Republican CIA agents and self-proclaimed patriots. She is Francine Smith, a somewhat silly housewife who tries to catch a wild child with husband. His two daughters Hayley Smith college age impassioned activist left, and Steve Smith, a difficult adolescent nerd.
The Smith family is located at 43 Cherry Street in the fictional town Langley Falls, Virginia, Washington, DC metropolitan area. The city's name is a composite of Langley and Great Falls, two unincorporated community in Fairfax County.
