About Michael Fernandez Family Dentistry: A solo practitioner, Dr. Michael Fernandez assumed the practice of a retiring dentist and has since modernized the facilities in 2004. He is a native of North Carolina and graduated from Duke University in 1994 and the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 2000.
