More and more people are over weight due to poor dieting and because of the size increase of fast food meals or meal preparedat home

. Obvisously we all know this is true. Too many younger adults as50 years and down to ten years old even are having weight problemsdetrimental to their health and joints in their bodies, and are next in line to undergo knee surgery or any joint surgery.More weight with subtle support of the body and no leg strength willconjoin with gravity, thus placing more pressure on your knees. Occording to health research and studies that are done and explicit to us on the internet and in magazines and the media, sciencedaily.com and me being a former personal trainer but still informed on all this; I believe people are starting to care and notice themselves morebut they need to conjure on why their knees are hurting; besides blaming it on age or your job. It's more women than medn that I see undergoingexpensive procedures that are just a back bone to what else can be done first to save money, like exercise and dieting being one thing. It's one thing to get sugery to fix your problem but,the problem is your behavior of eating too much still and not indulging enough on what you eat. Yeah your knees aregetting fixed but it's your behavior that needs fixed because you'll go and do that same thing again with new knees. Then you'll need another fix because you busted up your metal knees. From childhood and through our teenage years is where we need to learn to eat better and form better habbits on our behavior of eating. So as we grow older we'll be at the top of the mountain of success. If you've exercised in your youth or have done sports, well you know how much energy and dedication it takes to eat right and stay in shape. Get that mentality back on the sattle. For those who have never done sports and stayed active, go visit a personal trainer at a fitness club or learn about what exercise can do for you, maybe with a friend who can push you too.Some how I believe we must hold a grasp on keeping ourselves healthy between our jobs and raising our families. We all get stressed, depressed and we sufferfrom anxieties, and we try to find ways to help us feel better like yelling at other people, which is the wrong way to do that, talking to someone, etc. More though we like to eat to aid how we're feeling or because we're simply hungry. When we abuse food like how we abuse other things, the food wins. Too many calories can get the best of us and pile on the weight over time. We yearn and desire for sugary foods and sweets because it stimulates our emotional part in the brain called the amygdala. Messages called neurotransmitters trasit back and fourth across the brain, and those messages can tell us that it's ok now, everything will be fine. How ever everything we try to do to help ourselves like food or smokingis always temporary. We must understand our feelings and emotions and where they're coming from. Then we won't eat as much. I love most all foods and I think anyone can vouch for this but like I said, we are capable of abusing food in inadequate amounts causing health problems. Having too much weight equals diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. Having bad knees is contingent as a result of too much weight. The amount of weight conjoins with the gravity that is put on our joints especially the knees, compells the knees to weaken and hurt. It will force people to undergo expensive procedures, hence a cosmedic or luxury procedure like that usually has to be ratified by your insurance. There must be a true reason why you need surgury. Other altercations are available like exercise, dieting and counseling so you can control your appetite.
