It's easily accessible, not messy to eat, no need for special tools or equipment and full of the most important nutrients and minerals to supply your body with.

Salads are also good options as well as other non-processed food that you can get your hands on. Ideally, one should prepare lunch at home and not just buy them outside. This is so you could be sure of what is contained in your food and at the same time follow a diet pattern if you have one.
