Telling The World That You Are Overweight

If you feel you are overweight, go tell the world! You may think this as a "crazy" suggestion

, but this works! As a saying says, "No man is an island, No man stands alone"; well then, this could be applied on weight loss programs.

How to tell the world? The first step is to identify the people near you. Who are they? Let's consider then your family, roommate, spouse, board mate, sweetheart, and other people close to you.

Next, move to the second step; tell them you are overweight, how you feel, how people see you, what you hate most of your present appearance; just tell them everything straight!

The third step is to tell them your plans. Is it about having a diet or a regular exercise? Tell the world what you really want to do.

The fourth step: Do not just rely on your own plans. Ask the world how they think about your plans? Listen to their reactions. Think about their suggestions. Most of all, gather information. It might be from the internet, books or people undergoing weight loss programs. Just gather those!

If you're done, then it's time to shift; the fifth step. Put in mind that everybody is unique. Adopting others' successful weight loss program is not a guarantee for you to achieve the same; you might get the opposite outcome. Why then? There are lots of factors why people gain too much weight. Try to know yourself. Study yourself. What are the reasons and factors of your being overweight? The fifth step is simply, "knowing yourself". Remember, you are on the fight against weight loss. Like a war, for you to attack and succeed in your tactics; you must know the enemy first. Your enemy is your unwanted fats. Your enemy is your being overweight. Get rid of it! Know yourself!

On to the sixth step; try to identify and select the programs that suites you best according to how you know yourself. If possible, select a program that you can do effortlessly. Of course, indulging yourself to a weight loss program is not as easy as you think. It is "extremely difficult" as others would say. But why will you punish yourself vigorously while there are ways to do it suavely? My point is, do not put yourself drastically in a situation that you are not used to; consider the possibility of falling radically to the bottom from the peak of your drastic move. Do not be too harsh on yourself. As much as possible, make your weight loss program fun! Enjoy it! This is how "telling the world" takes its ultimate role!

The seventh step is to inform the world of your detailed-final weight loss program. Ask them to stand by your side. Beg their support and help to achi eve your goals.

Support system plays a big role in every person's life. This does not only apply on weight loss programs. This applies to everything. Just imagine yourself implementing your plans surrounded with negative, inconsiderate and uncooperative world. What do you think would be the outcome?
