I will take them at their word because generally, I try to avoid such people and keep my interactions with them to a minimum. Most people want to and will go to extraordinary measures just to be happy. Being happy with yourself and the way that you look will increase your self esteem and thereby, your mood as well will improve.
3. Dieting and learning about healthy nutrition will increase your lifespan.
Nobody is in a hurry to die. I would hope that everybody has something or somebody to live for and that the postponement of death, although inevitable. Is a motivation for all of us. Losing that extra 20 or 30 pounds of fat will help to increase your lifespan. It will reduce your blood pressure and will increase activity to mention a few advantages.
