1)You're not getting enough sleep:It has been proven many times that lack of sleep cause weight gain. 2)You're a late night eater: When you work many hours, it's hard to eat at normal times. But eating late at night means that whatever you eat it turns into fat.Try eating moderate portion and select food that can have faster digestion.

3)You don't drink enough water:Many people mistake the thirst for hunger, so whenever you think you want more food have a drink first, then see how you feel.Plus if you don't drink enough your body stores water, a process that's called water retention.

4)You feel depressed:One of the most common symptoms is comfort eating.Instead find a hobby or an activity you have fun with and go out and play!

5)You binge:After a well food controlled week you feel like you deserve a little treat.But the one treat brings the other and at the end of the weekend you have regained the pounds you have lost during the week.A treat doesn't hurt but you need to remain focused on your goal so stay focus.
