Has many chemical preservatives and additives such as aspartame and MSG.
10. Has been packaged in unsafe food containers that are toxic with epoxy resins, and toxic plastics.
11. Contains pesticides from foods that have been grown conventionally and contaminated.
12. Includes bad types of oils such as soy oil, partially hydrogenated oil, and corn oil.
13. Foods that are heated at high temperatures and consist of many foods that are fried.

These are the culprits and the very reasons why there is a wide-spread epidemic of disease, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and obesity. These are the types of foods that make up what is generally referred to as a "bad diet."
