The Biggest Order Of Braille Printers Ever Made Opens Blind Children Equal Opportunities

. 1.500 printers will cover the educations needs for all blind children in Brazilian schools.

Lulea, Sweden - The Brazilian government makes a record investment for blind children when purchasing 1.500 Braille embossers to be distributed in the country's school system. It is the biggest order of Braille embossers ever made.

The Swedish Braille printer company Index Braille was chosen in favor of other well-known Braille printer manufactures to fulfill this important order. Index Braille is the main global manufacturer of Braille printers, covering a third of the world's market.

"Literacy is as important for blind as it is for seeing people. It is the basis for education and a successful career. The Brazilian government chose the Braille printer Index Basic V4. It is a powerful, portable braille printer that is already running in many schools around the world. Extraordinary performance at a competitive price has made Basic-D V4 the most sought after Braille printer in the world.
